John joins the team from Charlotte where he ran the largest tennis academy for over 20 years. John has coached for over 40 years bringing a love and passion for helping players become the best version of themself. TAYLOR VAUGH: uncw associate men's coach & HS ELITE PRO

UNCW alum Taylor Vaughn has been the associate men’s tennis coach for 12 years. Taylor has been providing tennis lessons and clinics to the entire Wilmington nc tennis community. Taylor has taken a lead role in the high school elite tennis elevating multiple players to college tennis.

Logan trimp: head Tennis professional

Logan joined the Seahawk staff in 2022. In 2024, he led the middle school and high school academy teams in Wilmington nc to the USTA City and State Championship titles. A former state champion player himself, Logan transitioned to coaching after a permanent injury, determined to become one of the best tennis coaches in the world. After five years as the Head Tennis Professional at Trimp Tennis Academies in Charlotte, Logan has made Wilmington his home. You can find him at all UNCW tennis matches and hosting interviews with players on the Seahawk Nation podcast.
